Crisis Communications – The Golden Hour or The Golden minutes

Chris is a retired Police Superintendent from Greater Manchester Police having served 30 years with the force. He has a wealth of knowledge at a strategic and tactical level of planning and commanding events, leading some of the largest security operations in the history of the Force as well as dealing with countless major incidents and emergencies. He has first-hand experience of the communication challenges organisations face and will talk about some of those challenges today.
