Andi Clark

Andi Clark is the wife of a police officer and founder of 911 Lifestyle. She has a 20-year background coaching healthy lifestyle skills to corporate executives that worked 16 hour days so they could perform optimally both mentally and physically.

After experiencing two severe burnout crashes in her life, Andi discovered she had a genetic stress condition. With a lot of research and trial and error, Andi combined her new learnings with the skills she acquired over her career and reversed her burnout for good. She then took those skills and refined them to work around her husband’s unpredictable shift work schedule.

Once she realized that her husband was thriving while his colleagues were struggling with the same burnout symptoms she had experienced, she knew that she couldn’t keep her findings to herself. They needed help. She could provide it. And 911 Lifestyle was born.
